For the potties and so on, head down to Chula Vista then walk across the border. Get a real potty that uses 3-4 gallons per flush. Take it home, bolt it down then put 2-3 bricks in the water chamber and modify it how YOU want it to flush.
It will be a cold day in hell before I let the govt tell me how to do my faucets and potties... especially in the land of "fruits and nuts!"

Just buy a Toto toilet so you never have to go across the border or near the border and save all the troubles. They flush just as well, if not better IMO.
Oh, we also tell you what kind of light bulbs you must have in your kitchen, bathrooms, and the outside of your house.
