-If Sid can regain his previous level of play and Maulkin remains healthy, look for them to be in the hunt.
-The Preds are going to use the momentum from last year and go even higher in the standings. They may end up in the conference finals.

Chara, Thomas, Thorton, Horton, Bergeron, Lucic, Seidenberg, all look healthy and ready to go. They will be in the conference finals and probably play in the Stanley Cup finals.

-Brenndan Shanahan will become the most talked about guy in the NHL. He will be either exalted or cursed throughout the year but he will be consistent. "Shanaban" will be a household word.
