Cater to your next buyer. 100,000 miles is a big magic number. It will be worth disproportionately less after it crosses 100. If you're going to sell it, do it sooner than later. Your base of potential buyers will be higher.... you'll sell it faster, for more money.
Wait until 120K and the loss in sale price will make replacing tires, brakes, rotors, etc relatively small.

This is a good time to buy a 2011 as the 2012s are already out.
