Did you get a file from stomachmonkey?
What I would do:
1. Scale to desired size. Trace. Export from vector to .dxf
2. Open in AutoCAD. Double check scale.
3. Use "offset" command to offset your cutlines by 30 thou
4. Draw in bridges
