I have a food question!
OK, we are hosting a football game watch "party" that is not like what you think. My 81 year old dad and his lady friend, another family friend couple that is about that same age are coming to watch the OU-UT game on Saturday.
We are all real fans of the game, and there will be no alcohol. We indeed watch every play and get a plate of food at half time in time for the game to start back up. We will have snacks like chips & nuts before and during the game.
At most of the get together we have pizza. Nothing wrong with pizza but we are looking for something different this time.
We want something easy to make & easy to eat from a tray in front of the TV. Pizza is the easy choice, but we want something different this time. I have thought about a lasagna. In the winter time we do chili, but it is still a little early for chili.
What do you suggest?
