There has been a lot of metal theft here lately.
I huge brass sculpture was stolen , heavy, but apparently they had plenty of lifting capacity.
Another things is copper theft, from railroad or high voltage power distribution.
A lot of Eastern Europeans are at it.. and occasionally one of them get's fried doing so.
