That is the crossover pipe. SFR is the only company really that makes a replacement but they are $$ and recently people have been having trouble getting parts from them.
Replace with stock and if you wish, put a v-band on the uppipe section (LR can do this) to make oil pan and turbo removal easier in the future. Also check to see if you have the one or two piece crossover.. if your '86 still has the one piece, get a two piece. You can tell the difference between the two by looking at the wastegate hookup, if the crossover bolts directly to the wastegate it is the one piece. If it has a 3-bolt triangular flange between the crossover / wastegate it is the two piece.
