(Sorry, Angela, but I really like this Brooks saddle, it was given to me by a friend, it was like hard stiff cardboard when I got it, but I used Lexoil on it, and now it cossets me like a hammock!)
I call this bike "Festoon" and as it sits in the photos, it weighs about 42 pounds, with some tools and work clothes in the bags.
Wheelsmith built those wheels for me in about '92, and they are still in really good shape, (and I'm 6'0 190lbs.) Had them trued up this year by a local celebrity wheel builder, and she said they are good to go for another good long while.
