Why non mint? Is he on a budget or is he looking to import and sell? What condition? Shoppers with real money go to places like Pomona. There are tons of tire kickers and wannabes, but those with a briefcase full of cash get some good deals.
Like an auction, you have to know when to walk away. Lots of undecided sellers too. It a place where 2 serious players can meet and make a deal.
