I don't know what is worse, the fact that this POS is attacking a mentally challenged girl, or that there is a web-site that boast this type of crap. Had the A-hole been white, & the kill Black, there would be calls for Hate Crime, it would be called a racist attack, and so on. To me anyone who does what that POS did, no matter the color, deserves real punishment & pain..
