Thanks Tom! cabmike, I made the vents out of perforated mesh with rubber trim. You can usually find the mesh on e-bay. The bumper was getting extremely hot until I added the vents and trimmed the rear valance. After a three hour drive back from RR IV, the bumpers cool to the touch now.
