Start to finish....ten hours. Thats with two experienced prep guys (Danny and myself) and five others who were here mainly for the pizza, beer and fun.
It looks good in photos but up close (10 feet or less) the flaws are evident. We still have to color sand and buff it.
I used some left over Limco acrylic enamal base coat with a universal reducer over Envirobase ECS25 non sanding sealer topped off with Zolatone 2K Urethane clear. Total material cost was under $200.00
