I've had PF for almost 1 year now and have followed ALL the recommended treatments and therapy. The one thing that has helped me deal with it the most - CROCS! Crocs

If you Google PF - you can pretty much find everything there is as far as therapy and treatment.

I did initially go to a podiatrist even though I already diagnosed it myself, just to get his take. He concurred and administered a cortisone shot - but didn't get it in the right spot so I never returned and have been dealing with it on my own since.

But if the foot does not hurt in the morning...it is not PF so maybe a trip to the podiatrist is warranted or you could try a Dr Scholl's insert.

For anyone who has PF though....go get some CROCS!
