Bridgestone MB-0, old RockShox fork, puncture-resistant commuter tires, fenders, rack, tools and tube in seatbag, Nightsun dual headlights, blinky LED headlight and taillight, I have an LED headlamp on the helmet too and going to add an LED taillight on the lid as well as more reflective tape, since my ride in takes place in darkness now. Bike weighs about 24 lb stripped but maybe 35 lb as-is? Foam pipe insulation to reduce dings. Gearing is not ideal for commutting as I never get out of the big ring. Still planning to get a real road bike.
