I am a 10 year Weight Watchers Lifetime member. I follow their plan which is to eat anything I want but watch portion sizes and eat until you are satisfied not full. I also eat a lot of fruit and veggies and I tend to avoid red meat.
I am still under the highest weight level for my size but I am not happy with the fact that I put on 20 pounds and I want to lose this added weight. I liked how I looked at 132. My goal is to get back to that weight.
