Agreed. With iOS 4.2 I could use the third party program AirPrint Activator to print from iPad over my network to my wireless HP printer via Apple's AirPrint. Two taps and your were done. No more. It appears iOS 5 doesn't allow workaround programs that allow you to print to non-official AirPrint supported newer printers. (I think there are a whopping 17 "official" AirPrint enabled printers currently.

I'll have to hope for an iOS 5 compatible update to the AirPrint Activator in the future.
I've got a couple of those other pricey printing apps, but they're a pain in the butt to operate.
Also, original iPad users don't get the iOS5 ability to switch between apps with a 4/5 finger hand swipe, or to close apps with 4/5 finger pinch.
