Sorry, but that sounds pretty textbook for a blown head gasket....
Not an impossible task, if you do your own mechanical work, or have some good friends who do - but pricey to take it to the shop to have it done.
How many miles on the car? How long since your last timing belt and water pump service?
Probably a good time to get it ALL done.
