The bumper cover will need to be removed and everything underneath thoroughly inspected. How hard was the hit? There is an aluminum bar beneath that absorbs the blow as well as two "shock type" absorbers that were surely damaged, as well. I would also inspect the rear spoiler mechanism, since that may also be damaged.
