First of all, I am not crazy nor have seen ghosts, so please think about what I see. My interenet speed on my laptop is very weird.
My internet cable speed can be as low as 20+ mb, and as fast as 30+ mb. My laptop was slow when using wireless. I then ran a cable directly to it, and disabled wireless. Now, it's extremely slow. At first, I thought it was a bad cable, but when I ran speed test, it's up there comparable to by desktop. Meaning, speed test is showing it's has fast speed, but in reality, it is extremely slow.
Any thought?
