I have an iPhone 3GS which I jail broke with the help of gr8flporsche which I use as a wi-fi hot spot for my ipad1. I'm loathe to upload IOS5 for the j/b issue, but any down side to upgrading the iPad1? I only use it for movies and surfing the net.
