I just interviewed this guy. He's got some NASCAR engine builder assembling a small block Chevy ROX engine with two carburetors that he estimates will put out a little more than 1000 horsepower at 10,000 RPM – that’s 1000 horsepower with no blower or turbo. “I’m working on the aerodynamics and if I can get the drag coefficient down from .367 to .320 it should run 250 to 260 miles per hour.”
