One local, who shall remain nameless, drove a full complete lap of Laguna Seca raceway with his cell phone on the "whale tail" of his 911! He noticed it on the way into Turn 2. He slowed
way down, and kept his eye on it. It slid back and forth, never quite launching itself off the lip around the tail.... He came in, and very sheepishly asked the guys at the Black Flag station to retrieve it for him....
