If it has a dual-mass flywheel would it need the rubber center?
The one I'm replacing in my '99 C4 has a spider type center.
and not much friction material at all :-(
If it was not replaced when the engineab was done at 22,000 miles it has 101,000 on it. I'm going to try parts from LUK.
