ebay/paypal shipping to person other than buyer?
has anyone ever gotten a request from a paypal verified buyer to ship to an paypal confirmed address that's not the buyer's? this is the first time i've been asked this.
apparently buyer is in one state and has maybe a family member or someone else in another state but has their address confirmed on the paypal account.
sounds like third party fraud..... has anyone else encountered something like this?
