Brand new issue of Excellence does a story on the Turbo Carreras along with some current/recent ads and valuation guesstimates. While many members here say Excellence overvalues the cars, if it's for insurance and something were ever to happen to the car the reality is that whatever high value they place on the car is less than it would cost to properly fix the car. If one is trying to be sure not to have their collectible car totalled in the event of a fender bender, the highest value you can get the insurance company to accept as stated value is the one you want on the record, right?
