On the old cars the only thing that will tell you that information is the original window sticker or a COA (Certificate of Authenticity) from Porsche. For a COA it's not something you can just ring up and get in a day to verify things before you buy.
Realistically, with respect to options, if you restore the car you'll want to get a COA and try to make it correct, if that's your thing. Otherwise just look at it from a perspective of what does it have that makes it interesting to you as an owner and not so much as what is original.
