Not every year. So far there have been 4. The first was held at Lime Rock Park (CT) in 2001. I attended that one, as I was living in Boston at the time. The 2nd and 3rd were held at Daytona. This was the 4th installment, held on the West Coast for the first time. So in 10 years, it's been held 4 times (with Porsche the honored marque at one Monterey Historics in the meantime). I think it's kinda neat not to have something like this every year. Seems to make it a bit more special.
