Is it your engine that you rebuilt? Did you ship from ontario to florida and have it rebuilt?
If so, your only paying duty on the parts, and even then only the parts from abroad.
You should have a green card from customs though that you would have obtained when you too it to the states. (If you knew to stop at canadian customs to get one). If not you'll need something to prove you own that engine.
