My friend says the good techs know the drill and go thru the steps as fast as he can call them out. He is mainly dealing with wi-fi routers that are improperly configured. Says the worst is when it requires a password for reconfigure and they have to go several layers up the supervisor chain on his end and the techs companies end both to get it and then sometimes they still can't get a password and have to fail the install and reschedule when a new router is delivered.
