So, in Canada the races or some of the races will not be shown on TSN (which I pay for on my cable bill - pay per view) but rather on the PPV channel for a set price per race. I highly doubt many people pay extra for this. I understand how some people would pay for a big event like a hyped boxing match but a typical F1 race would hardly be worth paying extra for. If F1 wants to make inroads in the USA with two races but expect the avg joe to pay extra to see it at home? I think the product if in that form will fail if presented as a pay per view only and if it was my money being invested in Austin TX I sure would have wanted to know this before investing.
