Lower mileage cars with complete history will always command higher prices. Just because a car is priced at a certain level on RSA net, in Panorama, or in Excellence magazines, does not mean people are paying those prices. I know of one nice RSA that was priced in the mid 40s this summer and sold for mid 30s. The key is to find ways to track what cars are selling for when you are buying.
All and all, I believe RSAs are a good investment. I am looking for one now, and woukd buy a higher mileage car since I plan to drive it regularly and enjoy it.
