Adv. Great big mall - West Edmonton Mall
Adv. Great river valley and trails
Adv. My Boxster gets good comments and thumbs up
Adv. Good indy shop for the Boxster
Adv. Cheap golf courses to really good ones(50 plus courses)
Adv. Rocky Mountains are only 4 hour drive away with great trails and wildlife.
Disadvantages? Too many half ton trucks, rude drivers
Adv. Great neighbours to the south
