Take C clip and weird washer behind it off making sure that they do not get lost. Slide broken piece of crap off, once the old white broken piece is off you can look in the hole better, and with the new one in hand you will get the idea as to how it slides on to linkage. Slide new one on, place washer and C clip back on, making sure c clip does not fly off into thin air. Push emg. brake into place and do not bolt it in. Start car and hope that the little slider (79) did not move, if it did it's a bear to adjust properly. Start car and pull up on lever, if it raises idle turn car off and bolt emg. brake into place. Sit back and have a beer.
