I was one of three passengers in a car going straight and we broadsided an old guy driving a minivan who pulled out to go from a parking lot on one side of the street to one on the other. There was no intersection, we were going straight while he was crossing the road, three witnesses and all evidence at the scene showed that it was his fault. No ticket.
