The LA Times published a lot softer version of that story not leaning on RW so hard. At the time it seem way suspicious to me that the coroner decided it was an accident. Since when is the coroner jury and judge?
I think the coroner can say what probably didn't happen. He said Wood had bruises on one knee/leg and alcohol content of .014. IOW, for a tiny lady, she was dead drunk.
Well, he got the dead part right.
