I am going to have to replace the gears in my sun roof but when I pulled down the liner I noticed that that part of the cable was exposed and bent down I Know this is because the gear on that side is totally stripped. the question is will this cause a problem later on or will it fix itself with the new gear replacement. I am enclosing photo for you to review. any pointers on installation would be appreciated.
