4 months ago i had a can of Target corned beef i bought in early 08, and it had expired in late 2010...

Can't say there was anything wrong with it..


I hear there's are people who are going nuts with it, especially with canned anjovis and what not... they play the older better game like with wine..
but they will rotate the cans at periodic intervals to avoid the top drying up

Either way, i think like the idea of a stash, it has no real disadvantages... other then the startup needs to be funded with extra food budget. But that's no biggie for me.
