Doing a head gasket on my 84 944. Got the rebuilt head back on (thanks, Bennington Motorsports).
Now I'm ready to put the intake and cam tower back on and button this thing back up, but not until I get a couple of parts that are broken/need replacing.
What are these two things? The first looks to be a plug of some sort with a couple of thin tubes that used to stick out of it but that are now broken. The second is a connector that hooks to the bottom of the intake manifold; I had to saw it off to pull the manifold out of the way. Probably a better way to have done it but here we are.
Thanks for any tips. Part numbers, if you have them handy, would be great. And if you have any tips on how to remove/replace the second, that would really help. Thank you.
