I've always liked cars and learned how to fix them, and I had always driven pieces of S. I'd get them for free or nearly so, do almost nothing to them and drive them to the junkyard after a couple or few years. One day I decided that, since I don't spend ANY money on mechanic services (repair expense is limited to just the cost of parts, which can sometimes be had at the junkyard), I can drive anything I want. I considered the 2-3 ton tanks from the '50's.....old Buicks and Caddys. I was also drawn to the late-sixties muscle cars (really wanted a Roadrunner or, better yet, a Charger). Ultimately, I decided to drive..............a Porsche 911. That's how I met you guys.
