Hope this is not too OT. I remember a post where Pelicanites where having trouble importing pictures to Waynes GREAT site because of size. Here is some freeware that will compress your shots so you can post them and is VERY easy to use:

My Nikon D1X tends to make very LARGE jpgs even at its lowest shooting resolution. Here is my P-CAR in compressed JPG using this software.
