These idiots will actually slow down while approaching a green intersection in case it may turn red. I've had several actually come to a full stop. Well yeah you dumbass, if you stop for it it will eventually turn red.  |
I have seen the idiocy, I went back there from 06-09 and now occasionally visit. It gets worse, come to Austin where they stop on entrance ramps to the highway. It's horrible. A fly over is 25mph max, scared of heights type of ordeal. Then again, half of them came from a 3rd world country.
