yan, i bought a couple ofthree inch bolt on ports from advance auto. i cut a three inch opening in the rear...exit side...of the radiator shroud and sealed and bolt the port in place..over to the side to clear the spare tire. then i built a very lightweight metal distribution box . this air distribution has four ports...2 2.5 ports and 2 three inch ports. one three inch is for the hot air supply and the other three inch port is ducted through the bulkhead directly over the passenger side foot board. the other two ports are for the defroster air. i used one of the Ford vents for the interior heat duct. by manually adjusting the direction as well as the opening of the vent i can force more air to the defrosters. of course i am not in really cold weather in south carolina. the blower is a 25 dollar 3 inch bilge blower that blows about 150 CFM. so it has plenty of force. by turning the blower off from a dash mounted switch i can almost close off all hot air to the interior. as a note i would think that you could just run two hot air supply ducts to the regular porsche air distribution intakes and use the existing porsche blower up front...just remove the air supply ducts from the source in the cab and cap off, close off the holes on either side behind the dash...might work better and give much better control.
