UPS Store charge $5 per Box and $3 for an envelope. You will not pay any duty (never did in over 50 trip). All you will pay is the HST and depending of the cost and are busy they are you might be told "have a good day" (happened 100% of time in Ogdensburg if you are around $125. Happened 100% of the time in Niagara if you are around $400).
The bonus is to make sure that you will be almost empty and fill the tank at about $0.25 a liters cheaper. Pays for my trip.
