Motoman, I really wish I had the talent to machine some spools, then I wouldn't need to pull my belly pan to use my stand.
Bob K, I wil take some better pics or just draw up some simple plans and post them up with some measurements,so that the guys who have the means to make stands or have them made can do so. Fair enough? I'm not looking to make any money off of anyone, I just made that one up so I could pull my back wheel. I originally didn't have wheels on it, but when I put the front stand under it the rear tire touched the ground
The wheels were the easiest way I could come up with to raise the stand. Noblehops, I definitely do not use tire warmers on the BCR, that is my street bike. I have an 06 Kawasaki ZX6R that I flog the piss out of on the race track. Up until this year I have run street tires on it, but I am now to the point that I am spinning the rear pretty hard and sliding the front occasionally
The pilot powers are going on the BCR as the centers are like brand new and the edges are still decent, track bike gets slicks this year. Glad the info on the front stand was of some use, I use mine alot for changing tires
