Trust me, I see some of these guys hit my local kart track for the first, time I'm left very impressed. Only dud has been Carl Edwards, he's tried and tried on multiple occasions, but he's still about two seconds to slow. He is too smooth on turn in for the kart/track. You can tell him, but his instincts must be really strong.
Kurt has his own kart track, so he picks up really good. Sam Hornish is pretty decent to.
Kimi Raikenen came out and did some laps between his truck and nationwide race in Charlotte., he was decent, but even with left and right turns, a lot of the NASCAR drivers would of trounced him comparing first times on the track.
Pity a driver with the talent of Kurt, sours so many relationships that instead he should be building. Oh well, I don't have to worry about it, I'm not a NASCAR driver.
