LOL don't give up ,you got three part to a locking lug.First the lug (which has a hole in it) second -the locking barrel & finally the cap that goes on top of it to hide the key hole.Most peoples toss the barrel away just keeping the lug with the hole in it since if you happen to lose the key they're are SOB to take off.Follow the pics.
