Help my truck died this morning

2001 GMC 3500 diesel with 132,000 miles she's been running great with zero issues. This morning it's about 33 degrees out and I go out to start her and she fires right up. I let it warm up for a minute or so and turn on the lights to pull out of the driveway no problems. I put it in gear ( auto ) and pull forward about 10 feet and she dies. I lost all electrical power. No lights, radio nothing it's pitch black. It has dual batteries and there has been no indication of pending electrical doom. The amp gauge has been pretty steady while driving at 14+. There was no electrical smell nothing unusual at all just bam . I was able to put it in neutral and coast it backwards so I could take the Porsche to work. So does this sound like an ignition switch problem or a fusible link or ???? I'm at work now and won't be able to take a look at the truck until tomorrow or Saturday. Advice is greatly appreciated.
