I for one think that regional posts are a great thing.

#1...It gives P-car owners a chance to be exposed to others in there area that they may never have known were there. I for one have been looking for events in my area to attend if not participate in in some way. Untill now I had no idea as to what was here. My first visit to this forum has made all that happen.

#2...As I have been reading other forums at the Pelican BBS I sense a bit of separation between the owners of variouse types of P-cars. (Air vs. water and such). I hate to see this happen. I would love to see this (separation) fade away as people now have a means of meeting others in there area with the same interests. (P-cars). To me the Porsche is a wonderfull example of automotive engineering weather it be a air cooled 911 or a water cooled 944 or any other form of comparison.

#3...It's just a damn good idea!!!!! Thanks. I will however still visit the forum for my 944. It's a great source of info.
