2 weeks ago my son got into a fender bender. Went to a body shop and got an estimate as well as the insurance company sending out an adjuster to inspect the damages. Today I got a check in the mail made out to me. I have chosen the body shop that I want to use so I'm taking the vehicle to the body shop tomorrow.
My question is do I just hand over the check and tell the body shop to fix it or does the body shop fix it then I hand over the money?
