Hands down, the car that gives me the biggest grins every time I'm on a winding country or canyon road - my wife's Cayman.
I never tire of that car!
Next would be my old '84 911. Similar fun, but with an occasional reminder that it can bite hard.
I had a '80 Scirroco many moons ago. That car was fun on canyon roads - as long as I was going downhill. Underpowered little thing with something like 87 HP.
I had a '70 Plymouth Roadrunner for a while. Great fun in a straight line, but that was about it.
